About the shop
What is MyPetHealth Shop?
MyPetHealth Shop is an online store for practical, everyday pet-care essentials for dogs and cats. It is part of the MyPetHealth brand, the pet health tracking app. The shop is open, and we ship to the United States and most international destinations.
Can I buy products individually?
We offer four complete kits: Grooming, New Puppy, Enrichment and Power Chewer. Products are not sold individually. Each product slot in the kit customizer has a dropdown so you can see the available option or choices.
Where do products ship from?
Some of our products ship from a United States warehouse and some ship directly from our overseas supplier. Each product page shows where the item ships from and its estimated delivery time. Read about shipping and delivery.
How long does delivery take?
For U.S. orders, delivery usually takes 7-15 business days from the day you order. International orders can take longer depending on the destination and customs. Shipping is $5.99 in the U.S. (free on orders of $100 or more) and a flat $12.99 internationally. Read about shipping and delivery.
Do I need the MyPetHealth app to shop here?
No. The shop and the MyPetHealth app are separate. You can browse the shop without using the app. Learn about the app if you would also like help organizing your pet's care.

How will my kit appear in the cart?
